When Masamune Makabe was a child, he was rejected by a beautiful, wealthy girl named Aki Adagaki, who gave him the nickname “Piggy” for being overweight. Devastated, Masamune went to great lengths to improve his appearance. Now a handsome but narcissistic high schooler, Masamune is bent on revenge – he will make Aki fall madly in love with him and ultimately reject her the next time they meet. Much to his surprise, Masamune finds out that he transferred to Aki’s school. Putting his plan into motion, Masamune first begins to form a relationship with the “Brutal Princess” but, despite his efforts, fails miserably on his first attempts. Surprisingly, when Masamune finally makes progress on his revenge, he receives a mysterious letter addressing him by his old nickname.
