While reveling in the success of a prized vase for his collection, yakuza member Yoshifumi Nitta is abruptly interrupted when a peculiar large capsule suddenly materializes and falls on his head. He opens the capsule to reveal a young girl with blue hair, who divulges nothing about herself except for her name – Hina – and the fact that she has immense powers. As if things couldn’t get any worse, she loses control and unleashes an explosion if her powers aren’t used. Having no other choice, Nitta finds herself becoming her caregiver. To allow her to use her powers freely, Nitta asks Hina to help her with a construction contract, which goes smoothly.

But meanwhile, a rival yakuza group secretly attacks his boss. Much to Nitta’s shock, her colleagues later blame her! Tasked with attacking the rival group in retaliation, Nitta stiffens up and arrives at their hideout. But suddenly, Hina unexpectedly intervenes and helps him eliminate the whole group. In the end, Hina just might end up being a valuable asset to Nitta and her yakuza company, provided she doesn’t use her powers on him first! Thus begins the strange life of this extraordinary duo.
