The Kawai Resort Guide to Mansion and Inn Behavior
Kazunari Usa is a high school freshman who is going to start living on his own as his parents are now working in a different field. Excited about his new independent life, he hopes to spend his teenage years without worrying about dealing with strange people, but as he soon discovers, his new boarding house Kawai Complex is far from ordinary.
The various tenants of the Kawai complex are all quite eccentric characters. Shirosaki, Kazunari’s roommate, is a pervert and masochist; Mayumi Nishikino, a borderline alcoholic office lady, hates couples because of her bad luck with men; and Sayaka Watanabe, a seemingly innocent student, enjoys leading men. Shocked by the lack of decent individuals in his new residence, Kazunari is about to leave when he meets shy senior student Ritsu Kawai and slowly finds himself falling in love with her.
