In 1972, Misaki, a popular student in class 3-3 of Yomiyama North Middle School, dies during the school year. Since then, the city of Yomiyama has been surrounded by an eerie atmosphere, full of dark secrets hidden deep within. Twenty-six years later, 15-year-old Koichi Sakakibara transfers into Yomiyama North’s Class 3-3 and soon discovers that a strange, gloomy mood hangs over all the students.
